Move from non-confidential inputs to an agreed qualification basis.
The workflow separates a preliminary public enquiry from the private technical detail that may be needed later. No website submission is treated as technical approval.

Preliminary non-confidential review
Confirm that the request concerns gob shear-blade sets and collect only enough information to understand the qualification path.

Controlled technical clarification
Where appropriate, review drawing revision, legally usable sample information, critical dimensions, material, hardness and machine-interface context through a private channel.

Feasibility and inspection scope
Define what must be manufactured and what must be measured. Supplier capability remains subject to separate verification.

First-article evaluation
Inspect the first article against agreed requirements and keep application trial acceptance under the customer’s controlled process.

Repeat-order identification
Only after successful qualification should a repeat-order identifier be linked to the accepted revision and traceability requirements.
Private stage
Share only what is authorized
Detailed geometry, sample data, acceptance criteria and operating inputs should be reviewed only through an agreed private process and only when legally shareable.
